Designs from Bridal Spectacular

We attended the Bridal Spectacular Show this past weekend at The Cashman Center here in Las Vegas!

We designed the tables in the concessions area and had over 200 butterflies flying above everyone as they sat and ate their lunch or yummy wedding cake!

As a Wedding Coordinator it is really hard to showcase what we do at a Bridal Show so we decided to divide our booth up in half. Below is what you or your house might look like without a Wedding Coordinator… The DIY Bride. What a mess!!!!

CLM and Cake Alchemy of NY Partner for a Unique Wedding

In October we had the opportunity to work with Lauri Duttino of Cake Alchemy, who can be seen on WE TV’s Amazing Cakes. Together with her team they created two spectacular cakes for Mia and Danny’s Wedding in New York City.

Detailed perfection from the inside out. Cake Alchemy creates an elegant chemistry between you and your cake. Using only the best ingredients to please the eye as well as the palate. Complemented by hand crafted decoration that is both alluring and realistic. The final masterpiece is the perfect fusion of flavors, design and atmosphere.

Their wedding cake was a satellite cake which fit the ultra modern lounge theme for their wedding. “The satellite cake was a stunning and modern representation of what wedding cakes have become. A perfect balance of something unique, vibrant while still quite delicate.”

Our Bride Mia wanted to surprise her now husband, Danny, with a replica cake of an ottoman from one of his favorite furniture designers, Mackensie Childs. “The ottoman cake was a true challenge of technique and design. Representing another artist in cake form is always exciting. Mackensie Childs is a phenomenal designer and to represent the work in cake was a real treat for everyone.”

DAZZLING FASHION SHOWS: HOT TUXEDO SOLO WITH OUR VERY POPULAR MALE DANCERS. The latest gowns, tuxedos and floral designs are presented in a spectacular way everyone talks about. Our main Fashion Spectacular is held at 8pm Friday night and 12:30 Saturday afternoon. Then we have a totally different “New York Style” fashion show at 3pm on Saturday.

REAL Wedding of Jessica and Dalton

On January 23rd Jessica and Dalton were married at Loews Lake Las Vegas with sixty of their closest friends and family members. Their wedding truly reflected their personal style and personalities. Fuchsia, Black, White and Zebra Print was carried throughout the evenings theme.

One of the personal details of their wedding was when they stood front of a pink jeweled homeplate Reverend Linda Venniro married them at Loews Lake Las Vegas which later became a part of their grand entrance as Groom Dalton Slid across the dance floor and Bride Jessica called him “Safe” at home plate. The groom and his groomsmen wore real baseball boutonnieres!

Jessica was a very hands on bride and created the centerpieces with her friends and family which helped them to create their very personal and one of a kind wedding!

Real Wedding of Jaime and Ryan

The Enchanted Wedding of Jaime and Ryan took place at the JW Marriott in Las Vegas, Nevada. Jaime and Ryan had a vision about what they dreamed their Wedding Reception to look like and with the assistance of CLM and a very talented team of vendors the end product was above and beyond anything that Jaime and Ryan could have ever imagined.

Their vision was an Enchanted Disney Theme with all of the magic and sparkle of Disney. Their color palette for their winter wonderland wedding was light pink, ivory and accents of fuchsia. Their guests were seated at long royal tables adored with crystal shimmer sheer linen. The guest table centerpieces included a large white manzanita tree with hanging crystals cascading off the branches with flowers and a runner of candles and floral arrangements throughout the entire table. Custom printed place cards and table numbers with crystals added a final touch to the table scape. It truly was a very magical and enchanted ambiance.

One of the highlights of the evening was the dance floor design and fabric treatments. Surrounding their dance floor were four 16′ white square colums which were filled with white chiffon and 16′ crystal cones spilling to the floor which were uplit in a soft pink. To everyones surprise, towards the end of their choreographed dance to the instrumental version of Disney’s “When You Wish Upon A Star” snow fell on them on the dance floor. The crowd cheered with excitement and surprise!

Their flowers were empowering and a custom design. The head table centerpieces had over 600 flowers and were dripped in crystals. Along with the beautiful flowers were also some additional custom elements such as an uplit candy station with over 25 candy choices including fresh caramel apples. There was also a winter themed fireplace vignette with a white flocked Christmas tree with pink lights. To add a special Christmas element all of the gifts which were brought for Jaime and Ryan were placed under the Christmas Tree.

Jaime and Ryan allowed and trusted CLM to create and design their custom wedding by only seeing rough sketches and some photo examples. In the words of our bride Jaime as she entered into the room, “if I hadn’t married Ryan, I would marry this room”.
